The following is a listing of the more in-depth evaluations that we currently offer. This list is expanded as the need arises based on our client’s requirements:

  • California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260)

The California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260) measures three vector scales (interpersonal approach, interpersonal values, and level of satisfaction). It also measures a number of scales in the five broad areas of dealing with others, self-management, motivations and thinking style, personal characteristics, and work-related characteristics. This has a direct impact on an individual’s judgment and decision making style, an individual’s team participation skills, and an individual’s management, leadership, and learning styles.

  • California Psychological Inventory (CPI 434)

The California Psychological Inventory (CPI 434) provides a complex and highly accurate picture of an individual’s personal and professional styles in a number of critical areas related to an individual’s judgment and decision making style, an individual’s team participation skills, and an individual’s management, leadership, and learning styles.

  • Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B)

The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B) helps individuals understand how their fundamental need for inclusion, control, and affection shapes their interactions with other individuals and with teams. This has a direct impact on an individual’s judgment and decision making style, an individual’s team participation skills, and an individual’s management, leadership, and learning styles.

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is designed to identify individual’s preferences in four dichotomies specified in Carl Jung’s theory of personality: Extraversion (E) / Introversion (I), Sensing (S) / Intuition (I), Thinking (T) / Feeling (F), and Judging (J) / Perceiving (P). The results identify and describe the differences between the 16 distinctive personality types that result from interactions between these preferences. The MBTI is a very strong tool for helping individuals to understand their personality and therefore their judgment and decision making, team participation, management, and leadership styles. The result is improved individual and team performance, improved management and leadership, and reduced interpersonal conflict.

  • Parker Team Player Program

The Parker Team Player Program provides a complete package to help individuals achieve superior results through team participation. The program helps the individual to identify his or her preferred team player style: contributor, collaborator, communicator, or challenger. It also helps the individual to discover his or her most effective role in maximizing their contribution to overall team performance.

  • Strong Interest Inventory

The Strong Interest Inventory is a powerful tool for helping individuals to identify their true personal interests in a broad range of occupational, leisure activity, and educational subject areas. These interest preferences are very strongly related to an individual’s preferred work environment and preferred style of working, learning, managing, leading, risk-taking, and team participation.

  • Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is the leading indicator for assessing how different modes and styles of handling conflict affect both individual and team dynamics. It also helps in selecting the most appropriate style for a given situation. The results offer a pragmatic, situational approach to resolving conflicts, teach the individual how and when to effectively apply the five styles of conflict management, and teach the individual how to effectively initiate safe and productive communication to resolve conflicts.
