Implementation

C. Hall Jones & Associates works with our clients to implement onsite and online education and training courses and/or programs in any one of several ways:

• Provide the completed course or program to the client and leave the implementation and evaluation entirely up to the client.

• Provide the completed course or program to the client and work with the client’s education and training personnel to prepare them to implement and evaluate the course or program (train-the-trainer program).
  

• Provide the completed course or program to the client and deliver and evaluate the initial offering of the course or program for the client. At the client’s discretion this initial offering may or may not include the client’s education and training personnel who will then continue to deliver and evaluate the course or program.

• Provide the completed course or program to the client and contract with the client to deliver and evaluate the course or program to the client’s personnel on a continuing basis.
